Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, it is <br />not practical and prudent for all members of this board to attend in person. Current Minnesota law requires certain <br />social distancing standards that impacts the capacity of the Council Chambers. For those at highest risk, it is <br />advised to isolate themselves from the general public. For these reasons, it is not practical and prudent to have this <br />meeting exclusively in person.
