Councilmember <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />RESOLUTION #20-261 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR RIVERSTONE 5th ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Riverstone Development LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", <br />properly applied for Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br />Outlots F and H, RIVERSTONE, and Outlot A, ALPHA DEVELOPMENT 2nd Addition, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a revised Preliminary Plat with several <br />contingencies on February 24, 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat for Riverstone 5th Addition on <br />November 10, 2020. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval for Riverstone <br />Addition contingent upon: <br />a. Approval to legal form by City Attorney <br />b. Conformance with Staff Comments in ProjectDox <br />c. The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City <br />d. Final review and approval by City Engineer <br />5th <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />
