BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br />DATE: August 13, 1996 RESOLUTION #96-112 <br />OFFERED BY COMMISSIONERS: Berg and Lang <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO AGREEMENT #75315 WITH <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />RELATING TO SIGNALS AT TRUNK HIGHWAY NO. 47 AND C.S.A.H. NO. 116 <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the County of Anoka enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, <br />Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to -wit: <br />To remove the existing traffic control signal and install a new traffic control signal with street <br />lights and signing on Trunk Highway No. 47 (St. Francis Boulevard Northwest) at County <br />State Aid Highway No. 116 (Industry Avenue Northwest) in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 75315, a copy of which was before the <br />Board. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper County officers be and hereby are authorized to <br />execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the County all of the contractual <br />obligations contained therein. <br />
