ANOKA COUNTY <br />RESOLUTION <br />IT IS RESOLVED that Anoka County enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 1044547 with the State of Minnesota, <br />Department of Transportation for the following purposes: <br />To provide for payment by the State to the County of the State's share of the costs of the grading, bituminous <br />surfacing, mill and overlay, ADA improvements, signal revisions and modification of Bridge No. 02546 construction <br />and other associated construction to be performed upon, along, and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 47 from 100 <br />feet south of Coolidge Street Northwest to 142nd Avenue Northwest, and on County State Aid Highway No. 116 <br />(Bunker Lake Boulevard) from 250 feet east of Tower Pond Drive to 1,200 feet east of Trunk Highway No. 47 under <br />State Project No. 0206-78. <br />IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the <br />and the <br />(Title) <br />(Title) <br />are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I certify that the above Resolution is an accurate copy of the Resolution adopted by the Board of Commissioners of <br />Anoka County at an authorized meeting held on the day of <br />, 2020, as shown by the minutes of the meeting in my possession. <br />Subscribed and sworn to me this <br />day of , 2020 <br />Notary Public <br />My Commission Expires <br />(Signature) <br />(Type or Print Name) <br />(Title) <br />
