POLICY STATEMENT <br /> <br />Trott Brook Cemetery is owned and operated by the City ofRamsey, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. It is under the supervision of Administrative Services and Public Works <br />Department. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey is committed to maintaining a quiet, peaceful and respectful <br />cemetery, as a place for those who have gone before us. To secure this effect and <br />preserve the appearance of the Trott Brook Cemetery requires the cooperation of all lot <br />owners and visitors. <br /> <br />For the mutual protection of every lot purchaser in the Trott Brook Cemetery, the City of <br />Ramsey hereby adopts the following rules and regulations. Ali lot owners and ali Iots <br />sold shall be subject to the said rules and regulations, amendments, or alterations as <br />adopted by the City fi.om time to time. <br /> <br />Lots of the Trott Brook Cemetery shall be sold at such rates the City designates at that <br />particular time. The Ramsey City Council may review the charges made for grave <br />openings, marker settings and winter/summer'interment charges. !fit is deemed <br />advisable, the City may adjust fees accordingly on an annual basis. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
