the County shall reimburse the City one-half of the difference between the <br />contracted amount and the actual contract price. Both the County and City agree <br />to pursue all other funding sources to assist with the payment for the <br />interchange project. <br />2. Only one access point to Armstrong Boulevard shall be allowed between Trunk <br />'Highway 10 and Bunker Lake Boulevard. <br />3. Full traffic actuated signal systems will be installed at the intersections of Bunker <br />Lake Boulevard and —Armstrong Boulevard, and at the intersectionofWest <br />Ramsey Parkway. A grade separated crossing shall be constructed at the <br />intersection of Armstrong Boulevard and Sunwood Drive. All signals on Bunker <br />Lake Boulevard shall be interconnected with an interconnect system compatible <br />with other County interconnects. <br />2. The parties agree to amend Paragraph 5.D. by adding the following: <br />The City shall provide the construction inspection with its own personnel. The City <br />shall reimburse the County for all construction survey work and construction <br />administration related to the project. Anoka County contract number 2007-0604 is a <br />joint powers agreement between the City and County relating to the turnback of <br />County Road 63. That joint powers agreement contemplates that the County will <br />make a payment to the City in the amount of $425,000.00. In lieu of making the <br />payment under contract number 2007-0604, the County shall deduct said amount <br />from the amount the City is required to reimbursethe County under this agreement. <br />3. This Amendment is hereby made a part of and shall be amended to the <br />Agreement of the parties. <br />4. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />-2- <br />
