<br /> Notice is hereby given that the City
<br /> Council of the City of Ramsey will hold a
<br /> public hearing on Tuesday, September
<br /> 11, 2001; at 7:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Fire
<br /> Station //2, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard
<br /> NW, Ramsey, MN $$303.
<br /> The purpose of the hearing is to con-
<br /> sider a request from Centex Homes for
<br /> preliminary/ plat approval of Centex
<br /> Addition, a subdivision consisting of 157
<br /> single family Jots, generally located north
<br /> of 153rd Avenue NW and south of
<br /> Juniper Ridge Drive NW and legally
<br /> described as follows:
<br /> Government Lot 2 and
<br /> -Government Lot 3, Section 24,
<br /> i Township 32, Range 25, except
<br /> i those parts of said Government
<br /> Lot 2 and Government Lot 3,
<br /> i platted as REILLF. Y ESTATES and
