Council Update 2021 State of the City Address. Tune in for Mayor Kuzma's 2021 State of the City Address on Tuesday, February 23, at 7:00 pm. In his presentation, Mayor Kuzma will provide a review of City operations, updates and achievements from 2020, as well as a look ahead at what the City of Ramsey is working on in 2021. Tentative Reopening Schedule for the Ramsey License Center. The Anoka County License Center in Ramsey, 7550 Sunwood Dr. NW, Ste. A., is currently closed due to staffing shortages related to COVID-19. This location is tentatively scheduled to reopen March 1, 2021. Prior to March 1, the situation at the Ramsey License Center will be reevaluated to determine if appointment -only hours can be added back at that time.
