ORDINANCE #05- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY ' <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND' UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under.the authoritY of the H°me Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utilitY easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> The drainage and utility easements encumbering Outlot B, Town Center Gardens <br /> according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka CountY, Minnesota <br /> <br /> And <br /> <br /> The drainage and utility easements encumbering Oudots A and B, Town Center Gardens <br /> 2nd Addition according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
