However, in the event the sewer and water impacts issues have <br />not been resolved, it may still be necessary to modify the schedule above such that <br />construction is initiated in Spring of 2006. <br /> <br />SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> <br />The proposed improvements are technically feasible and will benefit the area served.
