He indicated it is just a matter of getting the <br />traffic to warrant going to the next level, and unfortunately the traffic has to happen first. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brauer stated on the old Comprehensive Plan he noticed discussions of more <br />east/west streets so there are more options to get to Highway 10.
