That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka county, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the north line of said Section 14 with the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as the the same is now laid out and traveled, said point being 762.3 feet east from the North Quarter comer of said Section 14; thence south 3 degrees, 05 minutes, east along the centerline of said highway a distance of 540.55 feet; thence south 1 degree, 52 minutes east continuing along said centerline a distance of 557 feet; thence south 85 degrees, 38 minutes, 25 seconds east a distance of 691.39 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be hereby described; thence continuing south 85 degrees, 38 minutes, 25 seconds east a distance of 200 feet to its intersection with.the west line of Lot 1, BloCk 4, Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Anoka County, Minnesota; thence south 0 degrees, 19 minutes West along the west line of said Lot 1 a distance of 157.48 feet to the southwest comer of said Lot.i; thence south 89 degrees, 57 minutes, 34 seconds east along the south line of Lots 1 and 2 in the said Block 4 a distance of 299.25. feet; thence south 0 degreeS, 19 minutes west a distance of 1'78.16 feet; thence south 81 degrees, 19 minutes west a distance of 504.98 feet; thence north 0 degrees, 19 minutes east a distance of 427.3 feet to the actual point of beginning.
