Case #4: <br /> <br />Public Hearing: Request for Preliminary Plat Review of Marigold Pond; <br />Case of Oakwood Land Development <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Associate Planner Geisler advised that Oakwood Land Development has applied for preliminary <br />plat review to develop 92 urban single-family residential lots on the property generally located on <br />Highway 47 at 160th Lane NW. She indicated the prope~ is currently located in the R-1 Rural <br />Developing district, with a minimum density of 1 lot per ~!~5~_acres~:~,,, The Planning Commission <br />has just recommended it approval of a Comprehensive request to change the <br />property's land use designation to Low Density all of the proposed lots <br />meet urban s~ngle-famfly standards for lot w~dth, s~ze';and road. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Geisler stated there are >lat. She <br />indicated thc applicant is voluntarily showing a'~'O~f°'0t ~tland buffer plat, <br />which is not yet required by City Code.
