WHEREAS, on April 21, 2005, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and <br />recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 11, 2005, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for Marigold <br />Pond to the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 2, 2005, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat of Marigold Pond; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 9, 2005, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the <br />proposed plat and recommended park dedication be satisfied through a cash payment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 28, 2005, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for <br />Marigold Pond; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Marigold Pond <br />contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 27, 2005, revised June 24, <br />2005. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 28th day of June, 2005. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />-232- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION//05-06- <br /> Page 3 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
