COmPrehensive Plan. She indicated the request is to change the <br />land use-designation for the subject property from a combination of Low- and Medium Density. <br />P, esidential to Mixed'Use-. She Stated the proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan will <br />bring the subject property in line with the remainder of the Town Center property south of <br />Bunker Lake Boulevard. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Geisler stated a Comprehensive Plan Amendment request was considered and <br />denied for the Subject Property by the City Council in 2002. She indicated the primary reason <br />ibr thc denial was the lack of a concept plan .for the property. She stated since that time, a <br />concept plan fbr the entire Town Center site has been apProved by the City Council..
