Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-06- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY-PLAT APPROVAL <br />TOWN CENTER 8TM ADDITION <br /> <br />OF RAMSEy <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, Ramsey Town Center, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied for preliminary plat approval of Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition on the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlots A, B, C, D, and E, Ramsey Town Center Addition, according to the recorded <br />plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 20, 2005, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch <br />plan fi-om Ramsey Town Center LLC for a plat to be named Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition; <br />and <br /> <br /> WlIEREAS, on February 3, 2005, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan <br />and recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 11, 2005, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for Ramsey <br />F['OWD_ Cclltcr 8th Addition to the City; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, on June 2, 2005, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat of Ramsey Town Center 8th <br />Addition; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, on June 28, 2005, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for <br />Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />q'hat thc Ramscy City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Ramsey Town Center <br />8'~' Addition contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 27, 2005, <br />revised June 24, 2005. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the fi)llowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />-271- <br /> <br /> <br />
