Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-06- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF RAMSEY <br />TOWN CENTER 10TM ADDITION <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, Ramsey Town Center, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied for preliminary plat approvhl of Ramsey Town Center l0th Addition on the <br />£ollowing described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />OUTLOT A, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, according to the recorded <br />plat thereof', Anoka County, Minnesota; . <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />All that part of OUTLOT E, said RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, lying <br />westerly of a line drawn parallel and concentric with and distant 80.00 feet <br />westerly from the westerly line of OUTLOT D, said RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br />ADDITION, and which lies northerly of a line drawn parallel with and distant <br />260.00 feet southerly from the northerly line of said OUTLOT E. <br /> <br />(thc "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 20, 2005, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch <br />plan f'rom Ramsey Town Center LLC for a plat to be named Ramsey Town Center 10th Addition; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 3, 2005, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan <br />and recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, on May 11, 2005, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for Ramsey <br />Town Center 10th Addition to the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 2, 2005, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat of Ramsey Town Center l0th <br />Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 28, 2005, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for <br />Ramsey Town Center 10th Addition; and <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />-321- <br /> <br /> <br />
