Assistant Public Works Director Olden indicated staff's intention was that the'costs.wduld come from the trunk fees that would be due by the developer, and there would not be anydost to the City. Case #8: Request to Rezone Property from R-1 Single Family Residential Motion. by C'otmcilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to table the request to rezone property from R-1 Single Family Residential to Planned Unit Development; Case of National Growth, to the next City Council meeting.
