Thc consensus of the Council was to direct staff to include an article in the City newsletter about <br />Alexandra ltouse. <br /> <br />5) RTC Driveway Lengths <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon explained in reviewing sketch plans for several <br />proposed Town Center residential developments, the Planning Commission and City Council <br />have raised concerns that some of the plans will not meet the expectations of density envisioned <br />lbr the entire Ramsey Town Center. Staff has reviewed the concerns with the Ramsey Town <br />Center [,L,C and reviewed some of the initial sketch plans. Based on those discussions, staff is <br />recommending that the City reduce the minimum driveway length from 25 feet to 20 feet.
