COUNCIL BUSINESS Case#l: Public Hearing: Application for Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License Coborn's Liquor; Case of Coborn's Inc. Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting, at 7:21 p.m. in order to conduct a public hearing. Public Hearing Mayor Gmnec called the public hearing to order at 7:21 p.m. Presentation Mayor Gamec stated Daniel, Christopher and Mark Coborn, Don Wetter and Robert Thueringer, known as Coborn's, Incorporated, d/b/a Coborn's Liquor, have properly applied for an off-sale intoxicating liquor license at 7880'Sunw0od Drive NW, Ramsey. Citizen Input There was none. Motion by Councilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to close the public hearing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Strommen, Cook, Elvig, Jeffrey, Olson, and Pearson. Voting No: None. The public hearing was closed at 7:23 p.m. City Council / June 14, 2005 Page 5 of 29 -55-
