Table 4-4 <br />26 <br />LRRWMO Operations Policies <br />The LRRWMO will collaborate with local and state agencies if/when <br />these agencies develop a groundwater action plan in an effort to <br />gain a better understanding of groundwater -surface water <br />interaction and develop management strategies that consider the <br />protection of both resources. The role of the LRRWMO may <br />include: <br />• Collaborate with local and state agencies to identify data gaps <br />and attempt to fill those gaps through collection of groundwater <br />level data and/or surface water flow data. <br />• Coordinate with appropriate local and state agencies to develop <br />a groundwater budget for the watershed. <br />• Coordinate with appropriate local and state agencies to develop <br />and utilize tools to assess surface water impacts and groundwater <br />impacts of groundwater use <br />MDNR <br />MDH <br />Anoka County <br />loo <br />IIIII110000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 <br />LRRWMO <br />111111111111111111 III <br />24 <br />The LRRWMO will prepare an annual report consistent with the <br />requirements of Minnesota Statutes 103B. The LRRWMO will <br />submit the annual report to BWSR and make the annual report <br />available on its website at <br />BWSR <br />Cities <br />LRRWMO <br />ACD <br />25 <br />Member communities shall prepare and submit an annual status <br />report to the LRRWMO by January 1 of each year reviewing the <br />status of their local plans, the status of the implementation of their <br />plans, and a review of the implementation of the policies outlined <br />in the LRRWMO plan. Annual status reports shall be prepared using <br />the LRRWMO template. <br />LRRWMO <br />Cities <br />LRRWMO <br />Cities <br />35 <br />The LRRWMO will assess progress towards Plan goals and <br />implementation at least every two years. As part of this assessment, <br />the LRRWMO will review its implementation program prioritization <br />and consider City implementation programs. The LRRWMO will <br />revise its implementation plan, if necessary, through the Plan <br />amendment process. <br />BWSR <br />LRRWMO <br />ACD <br />30 <br />The LRRWMO will continue to pursue external (i.e., non -city) <br />sources of funding to support implementation of the LRRWMO <br />Plan, including grants, cost -share opportunities, and in -kind <br />services. <br />LRRWMO <br />ACD <br />33 <br />For development and redevelopment proposals that are unable to <br />meet LRRWMO infiltration requirements, the LRRWMO requires <br />contribution to a stormwater impact fund.
