<br />Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-035 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING STAFF TO SUBMIT THE 2021 PAY EQUITY REPORT <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the State of Minnesota requires submission of a pay equity compliance <br />report every three years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the City of Ramsey is committed to ensuring that all jobs will be evaluated <br />and given points according to the level of knowledge and responsibility required to do the job; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the Pay Equity Act requires City Council approval in order to be submitted. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />1) Motion to adopt resolution #21-035 directing Staff to submit the 2021 Pay Equity Report <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
