CANVASSING BOARD <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a City Council Work Session on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Mayor Mark Kuzma <br />Councilmember Chelsee Howell <br />Councilmember Debra Musgrove <br />Councilmember Chris Riley <br />Councilmember Dan Specht <br />Councilmember Matt Woestehoff <br />Members Absent: None <br />Also Present: <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Administrative Services Director Colleen Lasher <br />Deputy City Administrator Timothy Gladhill <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Kuzma called the Canvassing Board meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />3. APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Specht, seconded by Councilmember Musgrove, to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Kuzma, Councilmembers Specht, Musgrove, Howell, <br />Riley, and Woestehoff. Voting No: None. <br />4. COMMISSIONER BUSINESS <br />4.01: Declare the Results of the February 9, 2021 Ward 1— Special General Election <br />Administrative Services Director Lasher reviewed the staff report and provided a summary of the <br />Special General Election and its results. <br />Councilmember Specht asked when the new Councilmember will be sworn in. <br />Canvas Board / February 16, 2021 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
