Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-031 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR MULLER SECOND ADDITION <br />RECITALS <br />1. Jethro M. Carpenter, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Final Plat <br />approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 1, Block 1 Muller Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />-Or upon recording - <br />Lots 1-2, Block 1, MULLER SECOND ADDITION <br />2. The City of Ramsey received an application for a Variance, Sketch Plan, and Final Plat for <br />MULLER SECOND ADDITION from the Developer on December 31, 2020; and <br />3. The Planning Commission reviewed the Sketch Plan and conducted a Public Hearing for <br />the Variance on February 4, 2021; and <br />4. The Planning Commission approved a Variance to minimum lot size and recommended <br />approval of the Minor Plat on February 4, 2021; and <br />5. The City Council reviewed the Final Plat on February 23, 2021. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Final Plat and Development <br />Agreement for MULLER SECOND ADDITION in accordance with relevant City Codes, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Compliance with City Staff Review. <br />b) Final Plat and Development Agreement subject to review and approval as to legal form <br />by the City Attorney. <br />c) Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City of Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />
