Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-041 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />BECKER ROLLING PINES SECOND ADDITION <br />RECITALS <br />1. Lisa Becker, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Final Plat approval <br />of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />OUTLOT A BECKER ROLLING PINES, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />and <br />OUTLOT C BECKER ROLLING PINES, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />-Or upon recording - <br />Lots 1, Block 1, BECKER ROLLING PINES SECOND ADDITION <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />2. The City of Ramsey received an application for a Variance, Sketch Plan, and Final Plat for <br />BECKER ROLLING PINES SECOND ADDITION from the Developer on December 14, <br />2020; and <br />3. The Planning Commission reviewed the Sketch Plan and conducted a Public Hearing for <br />the Variance on February 4, 2021; and <br />4. The Planning Commission approved a Variance to minimum lot size on February 4, 2021; <br />and <br />5. The City Council reviewed the Final Plat on February 23, 2021. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Final Plat for BECKER <br />ROLLING PINES SECOND ADDITION in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />a) Compliance with City Staff Review. <br />b) Final Plat subject to review and approval as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />
