Commissioner _____________ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-040 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO MINIMUM <br />ROAD FRONTAGE IN THE R-1 RESIDENTIAL (RURAL DEVELOPING) DISTRICT <br />AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />1. The City of Ramsey received an application from Lisa Becker requesting <br />a Variance to Section 117-111 (R-1 Residential District) of the Ramsey City Code with <br />regard to the minimum road frontage requirement to facilitate a lot combination of the <br />Property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />OUTLOT A BECKER ROLLING PINES, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />OUTLOT C BECKER ROLLING PINES, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />-Or upon recording- <br /> <br />Lots 1, Block 1, BECKER ROLLING PINES SECOND ADDITION <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />2. That the Permittee appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing pursuant <br />to Section 117-53 (Variances) of the Ramsey City Code on February 4, 2021, and that said <br />public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are <br />available. <br /> <br />3. That the Subject Property is approximately 4.2 acres in size and zoned R-1 Residential <br />(Rural Developing). <br /> <br />4. That the surrounding residential parcels to the west, south, and north of the Subject <br />Property range in size from about 2.34 acres to about 9.21 acres and are also zoned R-1 <br />Residential (Rural Developing). <br /> <br />5. That the residential parcel to the east of the Subject Property is approximately 38.3 acres <br />in size and is also zoned R-1 Residential (Rural Developing). <br /> <br />6. <br />Map as are the parcels to the west, south, and north; the parcel to the east is guided MUSA. <br /> <br />7. That the Subject Property abuts Sapphire Street without access to the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br /> <br />
