C.The height of the top edge of the signboard shall not exceed the height of the wall from <br />which the sign projects, if attached to a single story building, or the height of the sill or <br />bottom of any second story window, if attached to a multistory building. <br />D.The distance from the building wall to the signboard shall not exceed six inches . <br /> <br />E.The width of the signboard shall not exceed three (3) feet. <br /> <br />F.Limited to one (1) sign per business. Projecting sign area shall be deducted from the <br />allowable wall signage area. <br />G.Granted to ground floor commercial uses only. <br />Awning signs are allowed in all COR sub-districts.
