Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-024 <br />RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON RIVERDALE DRIVE NW BETWEEN <br />FELDSPAR STREET AND SUNFISH LAKE BOULEVARD NW FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT NO.21-00, STATE AID PROJECT NO. 199-108-004 <br />WHEREAS, City Improvement Project No. 21-00 proposes to improve Riverdale <br />Drive NW between Feldspar Street NW and Sunfish Lake Boulevard, State Aid Route <br />No. 199-108-020 from Feldspar Street NW to Dolomite Street NW, and State Aid <br />Route No. 199-108-030 from Dolomite Street NW to Sunfish Lake Boulevard, located <br />within the City of Ramsey, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed street improvements do not provide adequate width for <br />parking on both sides of Riverdale Drive NW, and approval of the proposed street improvements <br />as a Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking <br />restrictions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City of Ramsey shall prohibit the parking of motor vehicles at all times on the <br />north side of Riverdale Drive NW between Feldspar Street NW and Sunfish Lake <br />Boulevard, State Aid Route No. 199-108-020 from Feldspar Street NW to Dolomite <br />Street NW, and State Aid Route No. 199-108-030 from Dolomite Street NW to Sunfish <br />Lake Boulevard. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Existing Vacancy <br />
