CC Regular Session 5.10. <br />Meeting Date: 01/26/2021 <br />Submitted For: Bruce Westby, Engineering/Public Works <br />By: Marsha Weidner, Engineering/Public Works <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #21-029 Authorizing Final Payment to Northern Lines Contracting, Inc. for Improvement Project <br />18-091 COR Infiltration Basin Improvements. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Resolution and Pay Request Attached. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Issuing final payment will be contingent on receipt of the following items from Northern Lines Contracting, Inc.: <br />1. IC 134 (Contractor's Withholding Affidavit showing compliance with the provisions of Minnesota Statute <br />290.92 requiring withholding state income tax). <br />2. Waiver of Mechanic's Lien Rights (Affidavits that all claims against Northern Lines Contracting, Inc. by <br />reasons of the contract have been fully paid or satisfactorily secured). <br />3.
