NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Northern Lines Contracting, Inc. <br />for Improvement Project # 18-09, COR Infiltration Basin Improvements, in the amount of <br />$1051341.94. <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of January 26, 2021. <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be given a signed copy of this resolution. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof. - <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 26th day of January, 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #21-029 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
