Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-022 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS FOR RIVERDALE DRIVE RECONSTRUCTION, <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #21-00 <br />WHEREAS, the City proposes to reconstruct Riverdale Drive NW between Feldspar <br />Street NW and Sunfish Lake Boulevard in 2021 under City Improvement Project #21-00; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #20-248 adopted November <br />24, 2020, the City Council accepted the design services proposal of Bolton & Menk, Inc. for <br />providing engineering services required to develop final plans and specifications for the purpose <br />of soliciting bids for the construction of Improvement Project #21-00; and <br />WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk, Inc. has completed plans and specifications for the <br />purpose of advertising for bids for the same improvements. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the plans and specifications prepared by <br />Bolton & Menk, Inc. for the making of such improvements, and authorizes the <br />advertisement of bids for the same improvements as City Improvement Project #21-00. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Existing Vacancy <br />
