Notifications. <br />a. Amendments to this Section and to the MRCCA plan must be submitted to the Commissioner as <br />provided in Minnesota Rules, part 6106.0070, Subp. 3, Items 6 — I. <br />b. Notice of public hearings for discretionary actions, including conditional and interim use permits, <br />variances, appeals, rezonings, preliminary plats, final subdivision plats, master plans, and PUDs, <br />must be sent to the following entities at least thirty (30) days prior to the hearing: <br />(1) The Commissioner in a format prescribed by the DNR; <br />(2) National Park Service; and <br />(3) where building heights exceed the height limits specified in Section 117-148(f)2 (Structure <br />height) as part of the conditional use or variance process, adjoining local governments within <br />the MRCCA, including those with overlapping jurisdiction and those across the river. <br />C. Notice of final decisions for actions in Section 117-148(c)7 (Nonconformities), including findings <br />of fact, must be sent to the Commissioner, the National Park Service, and adjoining local <br />governments within the MRCCA within ten (10) days of the final decision. <br />d. Requests to amend district boundaries must follow the provisions in Minnesota Rules, part <br />6106.0100, Subp. 9, Item C. <br />e. The DNR will be notified at time of application submittal of master plans, PUDs, preliminary, and <br />final plats <br />9. Accommodating disabilities. Reasonable accommodations for ramps or other facilities to provide <br />persons with disabilities access to the persons' property, as required by the federal Americans with <br />Disabilities Act and the federal Fair Housing Act and as provided by Minnesota Rules, chapter 1341, <br />must: <br />a. Comply with Sections 117-148(f) to (1); or <br />b.
