CC Regular Session 7.6. <br />Meeting Date: 01/26/2021 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Receive Request from Planning Commission to Reconsider Bowers Drive Connection <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to receive a request from the Planning Commission to reconsider previous City Council <br />direction to NOT include a second connection on the southern end of Bowers Drive as part of the Riverstone South <br />Subdivision. The Planning Commission Chair will be in attendance to present the request. <br />As part of Sketch Plan Review (concept plan - precursor to Preliminary Plat), the City Council directed Staff and <br />Developer to NOT include this second connection. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Alternatives <br />1. Take no action - retain previous direction to not include connection <br />2.
