The site was located in Sections 29 & 30, Township 32N, Range 25W, City of Ramsey, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. More specifically, the site was located approximately three -fourths <br />mile to the west of the intersection of Highway 10 and County Road 83 (Armstrong BLVD NW) <br />(Figure 1). The site boundaries corresponded to Anoka County PIDs 30-32-25-11-0032 (8846 <br />Highway 10 NW; 16.69-ac), 29-32-25-22-0003 (no address; 20.16-ac), and 29-32-25-23-0004 <br />(no address; 70.87-ac). <br />The 107.72-acre site was comprised primarily of cornfield and woodland, with a pumpkin patch <br />in the northwest portion of the site. A grass airstrip bisected the north half of the site, and a <br />farm/business with numerous outbuildings was located in the very northwest corner of the site <br />(Figure 2). <br />Attachment A of this memo includes a Joint Application Form for Activities Affecting Water <br />Resources in Minnesota, which is submitted in request for: (1) concurrence with the no wetland <br />determination from the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization under the <br />Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act (WCA), and (2) concurrence from the U.S. Army Corps of <br />Engineers (USAGE) that the site lacks waters of the U.S. for Section 404 of the Federal Clean <br />Water Act. <br />26105 Wild Rose Lane, Shorewood, Minnesota 55331, Phone: 952-401-8757, Fax: 952-401-8798 <br />
