Summary <br />No other depressional areas were observed onsite. No other areas were shown as wetland on the <br />NwI-map, and no areas were mapped with hydric soil on the soil survey. No wetlands were <br />delineated on the Pearson Farm South site in Ramsey. <br />Attachment A of this memo includes a Joint Application Form for Activities Affecting Water <br />Resources in Minnesota, which is submitted in request for: (1) concurrence with the no wetland <br />determination from the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization under the <br />Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act (WCA), and (2) concurrence from the U.S. Army Corps of <br />Engineers (USAGE) that the site lacks waters of the U.S. for Section 404 of the Federal Clean <br />Water Act. <br />5 <br />
