KATHARINE DREXEL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a public hearing <br />on Thursday, March 4th, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for an Interim Use Permit for a proposed <br />1,200 square foot accessory structure on the property generally located east of Central Park, <br />north of 161st Avenue, and west of Variolite Street and legally described as follows: <br />THE SE1/4 OF NW1/4 OF SEC 16 TWP 32 RGE 25, EX W 185 FT THEREOF, EX RD, <br />SUBJ TO EASE OF REC, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />All interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the proposed requests. The City of <br />Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information <br />will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a <br />request should contact Brian McCann at 763-433-9860 by noon on Wednesday, February 24th <br />2021. <br />Those that are able to attend meetings remotely should do so to maintain appropriate social <br />distancing standards.
