Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Application for On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />Spectators; Case of KBFC, Inc. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:27 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:27 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Police Chief Gustafson stated that Korey A. Bannerman, Robert M. Fisher, and Stacy M. <br />Carlson, known as KBFC, Inc. d/b/a Spectators (a sports bar), have properly applied for an on- <br />sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor license at 6415 Highway #10 NW, Ramsey. The background <br />investigations have been completed including a background check on Kraig Kargar, who will be <br />managing the facility.
