RELEASE OF DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT <br />Date: March 9, 2021 <br />The City of Ramsey, a Minnesota municipal corporation (the "City") hereby releases that <br />certain real property which is legally described as follows: <br />Outlot B, Alpha Development, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Property") from the following: <br />1. That certain Development Contract by and between the City and Hageman Holdings, <br />LLC dated May 20, 2011 and filed May 23, 2011 as Document No. 2022343.005 in <br />the office of the Anoka County Recorder (the "Development Contract"); and <br />2.
