Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #21-063 RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF MULTIPLE AGREEMENTS FOR OUTLOT B ALPHA DEVELOPMENT RECITALS 1. The City of Ramsey, herein referred to as the "City," has approved a development contract for the property known as Outlot B, Alpha Development, Anoka County, MN. 2. The Subject Property is hereby released from the terms and conditions of that certain Development Contract by and between the City and Hageman Holdings, LLC dated May 20, 2011 and filed May 23, 2011 as Document No. 2022343.005 in the office of the Anoka County Recorder (the "Development Contract"). 3. The Subject Property is hereby released from the terms and conditions of that certain Amended and Restated Development Contract by and between the City and Hageman Holdings, LLC dated December 13, 2016 and filed on January 10, 2017 as Document No. 2160375.002 in the office of the Anoka County Recorder (the "Amended and Restated Development Contract"). 4. The Subject Property is hereby released from the terms and conditions of that certain Development Contract by and between the City and Hageman Holdings, LLC dated May 20, 2011 and filed May 23, 2011 as Document No. 2022343.008 in the office of the Anoka County Recorder (the "Storm Water Treatment and Ponding Maintenance Agreement"). NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That the City, subject to City Attorney review, approves: a. Release from the Development Contract, Amended and Restated Development Contract, and the Storm Water Treatment and Ponding Maintenance Agreement. That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: and the following voted against the same:
