Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-063 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF MULTIPLE AGREEMENTS <br />FOR OUTLOT B ALPHA DEVELOPMENT <br />RECITALS <br />1. The City of Ramsey, herein referred to as the "City," has approved a development <br />contract for the property known as Outlot B, Alpha Development, Anoka County, <br />MN. <br />2. The Subject Property is hereby released from the terms and conditions of that <br />certain Development Contract by and between the City and Hageman Holdings, <br />LLC dated May 20, 2011 and filed May 23, 2011 as Document No. 2022343.005 <br />in the office of the Anoka County Recorder (the "Development Contract"). <br />3. The Subject Property is hereby released from the terms and conditions of that <br />certain Amended and Restated Development Contract by and between the City <br />and Hageman Holdings, LLC dated December 13, 2016 and filed on January 10, <br />2017 as Document No. 2160375.002 in the office of the Anoka County Recorder <br />(the "Amended and Restated Development Contract"). <br />4. The Subject Property is hereby released from the terms and conditions of that <br />certain Development Contract by and between the City and Hageman Holdings, <br />LLC dated May 20, 2011 and filed May 23, 2011 as Document No. 2022343.008 in <br />the office of the Anoka County Recorder (the "Storm Water Treatment and Ponding <br />Maintenance Agreement"). <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the City, subject to City Attorney review, approves: <br />a. Release from the Development Contract, Amended and Restated Development <br />Contract, and the Storm Water Treatment and Ponding Maintenance <br />Agreement. <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />
