Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-065 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL VERSION OF PRELIMINARY PLAT IN REGARDS TO <br />DENSITY TRANSITION AND TREE PRESERVATION FOR NORTHFORK MEADOWS <br />WHEREAS, US Home Corporation dba Lennar, hereafter referred to as "Developer," properly applied <br />for a revision to their Preliminary Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey generally described as Northfork Meadows and legally described as: <br />Outlot A and Outlot C, Alpha Development, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat on February 9, 2021 and approved with <br />contingencies to work with adjacent property owners and solidify the tree preservation plan and density <br />transitioning; and <br />WHEREAS, City Staff, Applicant, and adjacent property owners have agreed to the 35 foot buffer with <br />berm for density transitioning and associated tree preservation. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the final version of the preliminary plat and resolves the <br />density transition and tree preservation plan for Northfork Meadows. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />day of , 2021. <br />Mayor <br />
