City of Ramsey <br />Anoka County <br />State of Minnesota <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW <br />Ramsey, Mn 55303 <br />Re: Council meeting March 9, 2021 <br />Request for Non -Traditional Domesticated Animal License <br />5715 150th Lane NW <br />Ramsey, Mn 55303 <br />Mr. Mayor Kuzma and Council Members for the city of Ramsey, <br />We are writing regarding the request for a non-traditional domesticated animal fainter mini cross goat <br />at the property of, 5715 150th Lane NW. <br />The above address already has a history of a dog that barks a lot- chickens and a goat that disturb the <br />peace in the neighborhood. Because goats are social animals, they are known to express their distress <br />by screaming loudly and often if they are lonely. <br />Although these goats are adorable -For the above reasons, we are not in favor of a fainter/mini cross <br />goat in the neighborhood. <br />Respect <br />Richard J. and L nn M.
