2. That the Licensee shall obtain a Zoning Permit for the accessory structures in accordance <br />with City Code Chapter 117. <br />3. That the Licensee shall maintain the enclosure area and shelter routinely to ensure that <br />manure or other nuisances do not arise. <br />4. That this License shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms herein are complied <br />with. <br />5. That this License is not transferable to another person nor is it transferable to another <br />property. <br />6. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the Subject <br />Property for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br />7.
