We would like to <br />inspect the property and discuss the necessity for an increase in allowed number of vehicles on <br />the property. <br />City Code Section 117-355 states requirements for off-street parking in residential districts. <br />Currently, your property has exceeded the number of allowed items being stored outside. Based <br />on your property's size (less than two acres), you are allowed a maximum of six (6) items to be <br />stored outside on proper surfacing. <br />Items that count towards the number include, but are not limited to, the following examples: <br />motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, campers, boats, canoes, snowmobiles, jet -skis, all terrain <br />vehicles, go-carts, motocross bikes, motorcycles, fish houses, and other recreational equipment <br />and self-propelled vehicles. Exemptions to the number include: lawnmowers, garden tractors and <br />attachments, bicycles, wheelbarrows, play structures, stepladders, and other items used for <br />routine home and lawn maintenance. <br />Please contact the Planning Division by December 15th, 2020 to schedule an in -person <br />inspection.
