City Administrator Ulrich stated <br />that the minutes reflect the revisions as requested by Councilmember Howell and confirmed <br />consensus of the Council. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed: <br /> <br />Councilmember Woestehoff aye <br />Councilmember Specht aye <br />Councilmember Musgrove aye <br />Councilmember Specht aye <br />Acting Mayor Riley aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />6. PUBLIC HEARING <br />6.01: Public Hearing: Introduce Ordinance #21-09 Amending City Code Section 26-852 <br />Entitled Massage Therapist License <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Economic Development Manager Sullivan reviewed the staff report and recommendation to <br />introduce and adopt the ordinance. <br /> <br />Councilmember Musgrove referenced the amount of insurance and asked if that a customary <br />amount. <br /> <br />Economic Development Manager Sullivan replied that staff researched many neighboring <br />communities and found this to be a standard amount used by those communities. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Riley noted that this is more of a housekeeping item adding items to an existing <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Councilmember Howell asked if there are options for those that have received training outside of <br />the United States. <br /> <br />City Council / February 23, 2021 <br />Page 4 of 7 <br /> <br />
