Council Business Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:23 p.m. Motion by Councilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to approve an off- sale intoxicating liquor license application for Coborn's, Inc. d/b/a Coborn's Liquor. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Strommen, Elvig, Cook, Jeffrey, Olson, and Pearson. Voting No: None. Case #2: Public Hearing: Request for Vacation of Easements in Alpine Woods; Case of Oakwood Land Development, Inc Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:23 p.m. in order to conduct a public hearing. Public Hearing Mayor Gamec called the public hear/ng to order, at 7:23 p.m. Presentation Community Development Director Trudgeon indicated the City Council approved the final plat of Alpine Woods 2"d Addition on February 22, 2005. The 2nd Addition was a re-plat of a portion of Alpine Woods, which included the standard drainage and utility easements. These easements must now be vacated to allow for the recording of Alpine Woods 2nd Addition, which includes new drainage and utility easements that will supersede the original easernents in Alpine Woods. Staff recormnends introduction of the proposed ordinance to vacate existing easements. Citizen Input There was none. Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmemb'er Jeffrey, to close the public hearing. Motion carried. Voting.Yes: Mayor Gamec, CoUncilmembers Cook, Jeffrey, Elvig, Olson, Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None.
