Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION//05-07- RESOLUTION OPERATE A DISTRICT DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO BUSINESS IN AN ACCESSORY BUILDING IN A RESIDENTIAL WHEREAS, Paul & Catherine Sills, hereinafter referred to as "Applicants", have properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit ("Permit") to operate a graphics equipment and supplies business in an accessory building on the property located att 8751 162nd Lane NW and legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 1, North Fork Oaks 4th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on July 7, 2005, conducted a public hearing and recommended that the City Council approve/deny the request to operate a graphic equipment and supplies business in an accessory building on the Subject Proplerty; and WHEREAS, the City Council met on July 26, 2005 to review the request for a Permit to operate a graphic equipment and supplies business in an accessory building on the Subject Property. WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 05-07- adopting Findings of Fact #__ relating to the Applicant's request for a Permit operate a graphic equipment and supplies bus/ness in an accessory building in a residential district. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) This Permit is denied pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code, based on Findings of Fact #__ Thc motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof': and thc fbllowing voted against the same: and thc lbltowing abstained: and thc lbllowing were absent: 21
