The Council directed staff to work with adjacent property owners on the <br /> Potassium Street alignment. <br />· Tabled the request for preliminary plat, site plan, and rez_oning approval for Rum River <br /> Estates to the July 12th Council meeting ~, :.'- .,.. <br />· Granted preliminary plat approval to Ramsey Meadows 5m"Addition <br />· Adopted the amendment to the Town Center Zoning District regarding driveway lengths <br /> and front yard setbacks <br />· Adopted the amendment to City Code regarding accessory structures, pools, and zoning <br /> permits <br />' Approved the request for comprehensive plan amendment and preliminary plat approval <br /> for Marigold Pond. Council also directed staff to initiate design work for an trail <br /> underpass of Highw.ay 47 on the northern end of the Marigold Pond site. <br />· Approved the request for comprehensive plan amendment, preliminary plat, and <br /> preliminary site plan approval for Ramsey Town Center 8th, 9th, and. 1 {)th Additions <br />· Authorized the release of the EAWs for Brookfield Addition and Sweet Bay Ridge. Staff <br /> expects the EAWs to be brought with the preliminary plats for both developments to the <br /> Planning Commission at the August meeting. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous: <br /> <br />At tile June 2 1st worksession, the City Council directed staff to initiate a Comprehensive Sewer <br />and Water study for the portion of the City north of Trott Brook. The study will determine <br />placement and depth of future sewer infrastructure. The Council indicated that this information <br />needs to be available before the City can properly consider any of the cluster development <br />proposals currently before the city.
