Board Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Panther Precision Machine, Inc. (Permittee)has properly applied for a <br />variance fi'om the rear yard setback requirements in the E-1 Employment District on the property <br />generally known as 6640 Sunwood Drive and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Sunfish Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> (the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on July '7, 2005, conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the rear lot line setback on. <br />the South side. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY" THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # ., a variance to rear yard setback requirements is hereby <br />granted for the existing building and the proposed expansio~. <br /> <br />The proposed addition on the Subject Property shall maintain a minimum setback of 27 <br />feet from the rear property line (south). <br /> <br />The Permittee shall obtain ali necessary permits prior to commencing any construction. <br />No building permit shall be issued until the Permittee has signed the variance and <br />reimbursed the City for all costs incurred in processing the application. <br /> <br />The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enfbrcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion fbr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the fi)flowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the fi)llowing abstained: <br /> <br /> <br />
