<br />Motion by Councilmember Heineman seconded by Councilmember Howell, to Adopt Resolution <br />#21-068 Directing City of Ramsey Staff, Authorities, Boards and Commissions to Take and <br />Follow Direction from the Ramsey City Council. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Riley asked if Councilmember Heineman proposes to add the <br />additional language he mentioned. Councilmember Heineman commented that if appropriate he <br />could include that language. <br /> <br />He amended his motion as follows with support from Councilmember Howell: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Heineman seconded by Councilmember Howell, to Adopt Resolution <br />#21-068 Directing City of Ramsey Staff, Authorities, Boards and Commissions to Take and <br />Follow Direction from the Ramsey City Council Not to Supersede Statutory Requirements or <br />Independent Ideas or to be Influenced. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Mayor Kuzma commented that he again is disappointed in this resolution as <br />well as it is an overreach. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Heineman, Howell, Musgrove, and Specht. Voting <br />No: Mayor Kuzma, Councilmembers Riley and Woestehoff. <br />8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. <br />9.
