Typically only a small number of the lots <br />onsite (for phasing), allows for permits to be applied for. <br />Funding Source: <br />The Applicant is responsible for all costs associated with project review. <br />Recommendation: <br />The Planning Commission directed the Applicant to move forward with developing a formal preliminary plat, <br />compliant with all City Code standards, which is consistent with process as laid out in City Code.
